The two days ISHI Training Course will focus on Transplant Immunology, including all basic aspects and advanced cutting edge research and developments in applied Immunogenetics and Histocompatibility. The course is
limited to 45 participants The course will offer several learning opportunities to the attendees that will be helpful in building a career in this specialization and also pursue research. The attendees are expected to attend all lectures, participate in Q&A and also make a presentation of the research/patient care work they are presently working on.

The training course is geared towards graduate and postgraduate students in both basic sciences and clinical side, doctoral students, post-doctoral fellows (less than 5 yrs after doctoral degree) i.e. MSc/PhD/MD, and laboratory technologists already experienced or those with an interest to enter the field of Histocompatibility and/or Immunogenetics.
Interested applicants are required to do following:
- fill the attached registration form
- attach 1 page curriculum vitae
- submit their statement of purpose/ motivation to attend the course - 100 words only
- submit a case study or abstract of own research (mandatory)
- submit a letter of support from mentor/supervisor (only for students)
Deadline for application: 10th Nov, 2024
Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will be informed of selection by 15th Nov, 2024 so that you can complete registration and start preparation to attend the course. The course fee includes registration, tea/coffee and lunch for 2 days. Participants are expected to make their own arrangement for their stay in New Delhi.
