About ISHI

Indian Society For Histocompatibility And Immunogenetics is constituted to foster the development of the science of Histocompatibility, Immunogenetics and Transplant Immunology in the country. To this purpose, the society will promote goodwill and understanding among basic scientists, physicians, transplant surgeons and others interested in these areas through mutually assisted exchange of knowledge and research. Its activities will be consistent with the statutes of other similar international Histocompatibility societies, whether in existence now or as they may come into existence in the future.
